A new 767-200F operator this week received the green light to take off in the US.
21 Air, previously a charter broker organising flights to Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and South America, plans to use two 767-200ER freighters domestically in the US and internationally.
There is currently high demand for 767Fs – the aircraft of choice for express operators, and Amazon.
The US DoT noted in its filing: “21 Air intends to provide services to freight forwarders in the US and around the world, as well as subservice to other air carriers on an ACMI basis.”
