Operations Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Eastern is currently seeking an Operations Analyst to join the team in the Wood Dale, Illinois location. The responsibilities for this position can include:  Managing assigned import/export operational account files, provide status updates on a timely and accurate basis, manage/develop assigned customer relationships, building and maintaining a positive work environment for all employees. Our employees are empowered to participate in decision-making and carry a wide range of responsibilities. We are looking for a candidate that would like a career with Eastern.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Eastern Shipping Worldwide can provide training, where necessary, but prefers a candidate with a minimum of 2-5 years of direct industry experience. Industry experience is preferred. We are seeking an Operations analyst with attention to detail, the ability to learn new ideas quickly, high-quality standards, well-developed multi-tasking and computer skills, and excellent customer service skills.
