A Round of Golf, A World of Difference

Eastern Shipping Worldwide was proud to sponsor the 30th Annual Elmhurst Children’s Assistance Foundation (ECAF) Golf Outing on August 17, 2026, at The Preserve at Oak Meadows in Addison, Illinois.
It was more than just a day on the golf course. It was a day spent coming together to support families in our community when they need it most.
Eastern supports ECAF because of the difference they make for families facing the challenges of medical or disabling conditions in their children. Through financial assistance, ECAF helps ease the burden of medical expenses and provides families with support during some of their most difficult moments.
The 30th anniversary outing brought together a great group of community supporters for a day of golf, fellowship, and fundraising. The event also celebrated Dan Gibbons as ECAF’s 2026 “Person of the Children”, recognizing his longstanding commitment to giving back to Elmhurst and surrounding communities.
We were proud to be part of a day that turned a round of golf into something much bigger — helping ECAF continue making a real difference for local families.
